Here is an update of our spring & summer schedule:
Weight Training – beginning Tuesday, February 7th, Joey D will work with our team from 3:30-4:30 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This is optional, but will be very beneficial for you to start getting in the weight room if you haven’t already started. There will be a sign-in sheet for you to record your attendance. We will continue these through mid March and re-evaluate as club season starts ramping up.
Speed, Agility & Quickness Training – Joey D is offering Speed, Agility and Quickness training for all Liberty athletes on Saturdays at noon and 1pm. The cost is $100 for 5 sessions. If you’re interested, email Joey at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you’re looking to improve your speed and quickness, it’s definitely something that would be beneficial for you.
Summer Schedule – I know it’s still winter, but I wanted to get our summer schedule out there as early as possible so you would know what to expect as you plan your summers with tournaments, vacation, camps, etc. Click here to download
