Pre Season Phase: (June-July)
Tuesday and Thursday: Open Nets and Strength Training
*1:30 minute open nets.
*45-minute strength and conditioning.
*bring tennis shoes, cleats, guards, ball and water.
Youth Camp*: July 11-14 (Monday – Thursday)
We ask the boys to help out with 1 day of Youth Camp on the days assigned below; if you cannot make it on that day, try to make it on one of the other days.
Monday, 7/11 – Freshmen
Tuesday, 7/12 – Sophomores
Wednesday, 7/13 – Juniors
Thursday, 7/14 – Seniors
COSA Invitational*: July 16-17 (Saturday & Sunday)
We are taking one team (18-20 boys) to the COSA Invitational in Westerville. There will be four (4) 70 minute games (2 Saturday and 2 Sunday). We will try to select the team for COSA a few weeks beforehand so you’ll know whether you are attending or not. This is a Varsity Level tournament, so very few Freshmen will probably be selected.
Team Camp: July 18-20 (Monday – Wednesday)
We ask all of the boys to sign up for Team Camp. This will be a valuable time for the coaches to work with the players.
Alliance Invitational: July 22-23 (Friday & Saturday)
We are taking one team (18-20 boys) to the Alliance Invitational in Alliance, Ohio. We will try to not take the same players to the COSA Invitational and the Alliance Invitational to help avoid injury and overuse. We will try to select the team for Alliance a few weeks beforehand so you’ll know whether you are attending or not. This is a Varsity Level tournament, so very few Freshmen will probably be selected.
Instructional Days: July 26 & 28
Instead of Open Nets, we will have practices for the boys. We get a certain number of “coaching days” with the boys before August 1st and we’d like to use all of them that we can.
*Coach Collins will be on vacation July 8-17; Coach Diehl will be running the Youth Camp with the help of the other coaches. Coach Young, Ottavio and Weiner will coach the team at the COSA Invitational.

*Punctuality is expected; you should be ready to warm up 15 minutes before we start.
*It is the student/athlete’s responsibility to contact their coach with any and all concerns. Any absences or conflicts must be communicated in advance.
*Wear Liberty gear, if you are new to the program wear our colors (white, royal, black)
*All medical forms must be submitted before tryouts (located on school website- under athletics).

*Estimated costs for the fall: training gear, warm up and polo –all required- $ 200.00
Team Camp: $60.00
Pay to play fee (paid to the school- $75)
*Varsity Training (once school has started) will be from 4:15-5:45, JVA & JVB times are TBA
