Off Season Phase I

Here is the off-season schedule for Feb-May

Off Season Phase I: (Feb-March)

Monday: Futsal at LTES

  • 4:00-5:00 pm.
  • Months of February and March.

Tuesday and Thursday after school: Strength Training with Coach Decaminada.

  • Scheduled team training with strength coach 2x’s a week.
  • 45-minute soccer specific sessions to increase strength, speed and prevent injuries.
  • Training will compliment competition phase of club soccer.
  • 2/8, 2/10, 2/15, 2/17 (3:30-4:15 at OLHS)

**Starting the following week (2/22-3/31) each session will start right after school (2:45-3:30).

Off Season Phase II: (April-May)

Tuesday and Thursday after school: Strength Training with Coach Decaminada.

  • 2:45-3:30 (Squad sessions continue).
  • Liberty soccer players are encouraged to attend 1 additional strength session outside of the Squad’s required 2. Coach Decaminada is available after school (Mon-Fri) for open sessions.
  • Futsal is dropped.
