Summer vacations:

The month of June is the best time to go on vacation as July begins to get fairly busy with high school soccer. August actually is considered to be in season.

Summer time commitment (3 categories):

a) open nets              b) conditioning          c) OHSAA instructional days

August 1st

The number of Squads (roster size):

Typically 3, we average 18 players on each squad.

5. Behavior
6. Position/roles needed
7. Mentality

Parent Involvement:

Boosters, team meals, game day functions, hosting team meals, etc
