Varsity Retreat
This year’s varsity retreat will be held at Young’s Jersey Dairy in Yellow Springs, OH. We have scheduled our event for August 20th from 11am-4pm.
Our menu for the retreat is:
- Honey BBQ Chicken, Hamburgers & Cheeseburgers
- Homemade Mac & Cheese, Sweet Potato Casserole (believe me, it’s good) & Pasta Salad
- Drinks (iced tea, lemonade, water, pop)
- Young’s famous Homemade Ice Cream
For entertainment, all picnic goers will also receive a wristband that allows all-day access to:
- Two miniature golf courses
- Driving Range
- Batting Cage
- Cowvin’s Fast Slide (that’s Coach Young in the video)
- Corn Maze
There is also ample open fields for soccer or ultimate frisbee, a sand volleyball court as well as Corn Hole.
The cost for the event is $25 for adults (ages 12+) and $19 for children (ages 4-11). The varsity players’ costs will be paid for by the program.
We do need a firm number to ensure there will be enough food for everyone, so please fill out the form below (even if no additional family members will be attending). We would like to have a rough number by August 5th, but we need to give Young’s an exact number by August 15th. Please have your checks for additional family members written out to Liberty HS Boys Soccer and bring them to our Parent Meeting on August 15th at 6pm to turn in.
